It makes sense to arrange Reducing Diet Days 1-2 times a week with psoriasis.
Meat day:
400 g of boiled unsalted beef divided into 5 portions. Additionally 2 times a day eat up to 100 g of garnish (fresh cabbage, carrots, and cucumbers) and 2 glasses of not too sweet weak tea.
Cheese and plain yogurt day:
400 g of skimmed (low-fat) cottage cheese and 500 g of plain yogurt divided into 5 portions and eat during the day.
Apple day:
1.5 kg of apples per day.
Plain yogurt day:
1.5 L of plain yogurt during the day.
Vegetable day:
1.5 kg of any vegetables (with the exception of potatoes) fresh, boiled or stewed. Additionally - 2 glasses of weak not sweet tea. Vegetables are also divided into 5 portions and consumed throughout the day.
Berry juices for therapeutic psoriasis diets should include black and red currant, grapes, sea buckthorn, cranberry, and blueberry. Vegetable juices are prepared from carrots, tomatoes, cabbage, beetroot, and potatoes. For better tasting and strengthening of the therapeutic effect vegetable juices mix with fruit juices. For psoriasis especially good are such mixed juices as; carrot-orange and beetroot-apple.
