What other places in the World offer Dr. Fish psoriasis treatment?

Nowadays there are quite a few psoriasis treatment centers based on the Doctor Fish healing properties all over the world.

However, I have to say one important thing in advance: not all places will be as helpful as the initial SPA in Turkey.

Why?

Because there has to be 3 main factors implemented in order to get the full benefits of the Dr. Fish psoriasis treatment in its full:

1. A pool with Doctor Fish to clear your skin from the scales.
2. Very sunny warm climate for the natural ultraviolet to heal and clear you from the scales on your skin.
3. The water in the pool or a hot spring has to be very rich in Selenium.

Are all of these conditions implemented in the other SPA's around the Globe? For example, in Germany? Or in Ireland?

Or can one of the 3 main factors be substituted? For example can the Natural Sunlight be substituted by a Narrowband UVB lamp for psoriasis?

I don't know...

Probably, as long as there are present all of the necessary factors, such as hungry Doctor Fish, Selenium-rich water, and the UVB light.

Another thing to consider in advance - does the place you would like to visit provide a full-body pool for the Dr. Fish psoriasis treatment, or is it merely a "pedicure pool" for feet or a "manicure pool" for hands?

If so, it will be a waste of your money.

First of all you will not be able to submerge your entire body in the water.

Second - there will be other people in the pool, who came for the treatment. Those people may have no idea about psoriasis, which may cause discomfort for a psoriasis sufferer in the pool.
