I only get this on my front of the legs, buttocks and wrists and no other places and the rest of the skin is nice and smooth. I just hate having rough dry patches in places and keep putting the moisturizer on.
Is there a good moisturizer one can use to keep your skin really smooth and subtle as you get older.
I think it is something to do with your immune system as well. Also stress related if you under pressure and not happy with what might be going on in your life.
Sometimes I think I have the psoriasis in my head and the eczema in the places I described as my head can itch and itch at times.

I had a biopsy done and the doctor came up with psoriactic eczema and I thought it was psoriasis becaause my dad has had it most of his adult life, which finally settled on the front of his legs.
I think stress can make it come out and when I moved two years ago, I first broke out with the psoriasis on my legs, which started off as little bumps on the front of the legs.
I have kept it in check with Aveeno Moisterizer for Eczema but find coming back again in different spots. It doesn't show as anything but you can feel the rough dry skin in little rings, but it hardly shows up as a sore or anything.
I thought that chocolate makes it worse but not sure. How can it be psoriactic eczema, because they do not know for sure what it is then?

I have had atopic dermatitis since birth, red, excoriated lesions, itching 24 hours a day, every day. Find a support group for Atopic Dermatitis, you don't feel alone when you meet with people who are just like you, and you don't stand out because you all have the same disease.
