First day of Diet - mix 1 liter of fresh juice and 0.5 L of water. Best are carrot or apple juices, but it is possible to consume any vegetable, fruit, or berry juice. During the first 5 days of the restoration diet the consumption of salt should be completely avoided.
Second day of Diet (4-5 food intakes) - eat vegetables, fruits, and berries to the moment of feeling satisfied. Vegetables should be consumed in their fresh form. It is possible to boil beets and to bake potatoes in the oven toward the end of the second day of the diet.
Third day of Diet - eat vegetables and fruits, dried fruits soaked in the warm water, plus two spoons of honey.
Fourth day of Diet (4-5 food intakes) - add porridges from different grains (buckwheat, oat, millet, pearl-barley etc) with a bit of vegetable oil. Toward the end of the 4th day you may add nuts and seeds.
Fifth day of Diet - add beans and peas, possibly in the form of porridge.
Sixth day of Diet - add regular bread containing salt.
This feeding mode should continue in the course of a month. Dairy products should be limited due to their difficult digestion. During this period eggs, chicken and other products of animal origin should be reduced.
It is recommended to conduct such fasting diet therapy every 6-8 months. Between them it is possible to have one day per week without food which can be done without the purgatives and daily enemas.
Additional things that you can do after fasting:
- Respiratory (breathing) gymnastics.
- Massage.
- Auto-training, jogging, acupuncture, cold water showers etc.
