Hi, please try apple cider vinegar. Dab it on the affected areas, if it is too stingy dilute with water, it really does work. Soak in a bath with apple cider vinegar 2 cups or more, its diluted will not sting penis/vagina. It moisturizes the skin. Keep at it and dab yourself as often as you can (as long as you can tolerate if you have open splits- remember dilute it if its too strong)I had chronic psoriasis on the soles of my feet, splits, swollen, weeping plasma, I was a mess, depressed couldn't walk, it was terrible. Apple cider vinegar is cheap. You can drink it, 1 tablespoon hot water and honey to sweeten, in a cup and its fantastic. It took me two years of doing this and now I run, wear nice shoes and have a normal life. You don't have to drink it if you don't want too, soaking in it is just as effective because it soaks into your skin. Good luck (:

Psoriasis is NOT man made due to poor diet. Usually psoriasis has a trigger that sets it off and it is heriditary. I have had psoriasis for going on 15 years and I also suffer from psoriatic arthritis too. I am on biologic medications and it works wonders! Don't believe people that say this can be "cured" through strict diet or miracle drugs. Consult a doctor for advice.

I don't know anything about Chinese herbs but here we have a discussion about Asian/Russian Birch fungus - Chaga. I’m going to try it soon too. It takes at least 3 months to see results but oh well. Hope this helps :)

P.S. The diet is the key, just like jack said.

psoriasis is man made from all the toxins in your body clean the junk and chemicals out and stay cleaned out and u will get rid of the man made infection im dead serious 100% organic food 100&#xwe;ll water and u will clear up fast because the nasty infection has nothing to grab a hold of so it cures its self some cant afford it but start a garden and reverse osmosis for water. i have a well and grow my own food and eat deer. my skin infection is gone and i mean gone..that is how u get rid of it plain and simple

potrolum jelly helps alot most dont under stand that u must keep it moist and it calms down the flare ups.but peoples bodys get immune very fast to things i tried everything u can think of and i found out there is a cure..just eat organic everthing and drink only well water. never again eat nothing with chemicals in it.. then u will clear up the crap they put in the foods and drinks keeps it flared up and bad.so they keep u going to a dermotol doc and pay for worthless creams grow your own food drink well water and u will clear up in months and it will go away..it worked for me and i have been clear for a year now but soon as i eat any store bought crap or fastfood im back to point one..hope this helps

I'm about 90% covered with psoriasis and in the groin area is especially uncomfortable. It really get's raw in the winter. If anybody has any suggests on how to atleast reduce the swelling please let me know. I can't afford the medication to help it, so any suggests are greatly excepcted. Thank you
