- Kukui nut oil (Candlenut oil) - 41 %
- Argan oil - 37 %

- Oregano oil - 20 %
Dietary Intake of Omega-6 Fatty Acid:
- it is important for the health of cell membranes;
- it is important for the cellular metabolism;
- it improves the blood properties.
Most of us get too much of Omega-6 in our common diet.
If there is present too much of Omega-6 and not enough of the Omega-3, Omega-6 will start to gear up the inflammatory process in the body and the skin. That's why Omega-6 fatty acid has to be balanced by the Omega-3 fatty acid.
