Specific Regimen

  • Drink everyday 6-8 glasses of pure water in addition to other liquids before and after food.
  • Consume natural purgative means: fresh fruits and vegetables. Food rich in Vitamin B helps to clean the bowels. The following products are rich in Vitamin B: sprouted wheat, brewer's yeasts, whole grain barley, soybean milk, buckwheat, fresh peas, egg yolk, rye bread, almonds, fish, poultry, honey, turnip, beetroot, green vegetables and broccoli.
  • Olive oil, taken separately, is a very effective purgative. Eat half a tea spoon of olive oil 3-4 times a day.
  • Include the maximum amount of products, rich in fiber. Such products clean the large intestine because they can't be completely digested. Rich in fiber products are: whole grain bread, whole grain porridges, fresh fruits, vegetables and almonds.
  • Take steam baths to purify and stimulate the skin.
  • Find time for physical exercises, like gymnastics, especially in the open fresh air.
  • Try to not overeat.
  • It is very important to have a positive attitude, since negative destructive thoughts contribute to the production of oxidizing toxins.

My 18 year old daughter still suffers from extream eczema. Does your advice for Pssriasis pertain to eczema as well or do you have any advice for eczema specifically. She has it all over her body and a lot on her face, scalp, lids, wrist, chest arms and legs.
