Hi Mark!

The most common OTC solution is 1% Hydrocortisone cream. It will make everything fade and look better within a few days/couple weeks. However, it's better not to use topical steroids for too long.

You may want to try different natural solutions. I could recommend the following: essential Tea Tree oil, Aloe Vera, and maybe also Doo Gro - commercial growth-stimulating oil.

I am currently using Tea Tree oil on my face, and it works very well. You may probably consider it for the genital area too. It may sting at first, but then it makes it feel much better. I use pure essential Tea Tree oil, but you can also dilute it in water, cream or olive oil.

Next, some people say that Aloe Vera works wonders. You can just buy the plant, tear off one leaf at a time, and smear it on the affected areas.

And Finally, Doo Gro:

Unfortunately, psoriasis is incurable. However, it does go away spontaneously in some people.

Maintain hope, and keep trying! I am sure there is something that can help every person with P., and you just need to find it!

Good Luck!
