As we all know, plaque psoriasis is the most common type. I have plaque psoriasis as well. These plaque psoriasis pictures show what it is like - it looks like round, thick, and scaly plaques. In comparison to guttate p., plaque psoriasis has larger and thicker plaques, but less of them. What works for me is UVB – I plan to purchase a large whole-body lamp someday, but now I just go to treatments at a medical center.
