pH Balance and ACV

The magic of the Apple Cider Vinegar is its reported ability to cause one's pH levels to become more alkaline, without changing one's diet!

If you are going to try Apple Cider Vinegar for psoriasis, you may first perform a simple investigation: test your own pH by buying a pH test kit at a local pharmacy. A pH test kit consists of a special strip, which will show with a urine or saliva test if you are more alkaline or acidic. Urinary pH should fall around 6.5, lower is acidic; salivary pH should fall around 7.4, lower is acidic.

Unless you are on a very strict special diet, your pH balance will probably turn to be rather acidic.

Next thing to do is to intake Apple Cider Vinegar for several weeks and then again to check your acidity/alkalinity and to note if their appears a difference.

Anything that our body digests undergoes oxidation (similar to burning) and by the residue that remains after oxidation we can determine whether the end product was alkaline or acidic.

Apple Cider Vinegar is alkaline: if the ACV was burned, the residue that remains becomes ash, and when checking the pH of that ash by dissolving it with water, the content is alkaline.

Therefore, the Apple Cider Vinegar will cause one's pH levels to become more alkaline, even without changing one's diet!

Additionally, Apple Cider Vinegar can convert some toxins into acetates, which are less toxic.
