Internal Apple Cider Vinegar Usage

Treatment course: a few weeks or until the establishment of the best possible result.

It is a good idea to rinse your mouth well after drinking ACV, as some dermatologists say that ACV may damage teeth with its prolonged use.

For psoriasis treatment and pH balancing:

  • 1 tablespoon of raw Apple Cider Vinegar in 1 glass of water 3x a day, 30 minutes before meals.

  • If needed, add some honey, molasses or sugar to taste.

  • Slowly sip the mixture.

You will keep your pH in a constant, alkalized state by sipping this dosage of ACD 3x a day.

And possibly your psoriasis will get better due to less toxins with the new - alkalized - body state.

External Apple Cider Vinegar Usage

ACV also helps many people with its external application, possibly also due to improving the pH levels of the skin, disinfecting and soothing the skin.

Apple Cider Vinegar has a strong pronounced smell. The smell is the worst when you spray ACV. Once it's dry (ACV dries very quickly), the smell goes away.

That's why many people prefer to apply ACV at night time, let it dry, then go to sleep and to shower it off in the morning.

External Usage for Skin Psoriasis

At night time, apply raw ACV with a cotton pad directly to the affected skin and rub it in. Shower it off in the morning.

If you'd like, you may additionally apply raw ACV 1-2 times throughout the day.

External Usage for the Scalp Psoriasis

At night time, apply raw ACV on the scalp and leave it for the night. Shower it off in the morning.

Baths for the Whole Body with ACV

Take 3-4 baths a week with 2 cups of ACV - soak in the bath for 30 minutes, then take a shower for a few minutes.

Baths for Fingernails and Toenails

Soak your finger or toe nails in raw ACV for 5 minutes every day.

ACV is also known to improve the quality of the nails.
