I started on ACV 8 months ago. After 10 weeks of consuming 2 tablespoon with honey 2 times a day. I see significant improvement. Does not flare up as bad as it used to during stress or lack of sleep. Lips is less dry.

But recently I find that my psoriasis is coming back.It may be because of the hot dry winds from north easterly that my country is experiencing now or is my body beginning to build some resistance towards ACV
