Psoriasis Causes can not yet be 100% explained.

There are at least 9 reliable Psoriasis Theories, each of them tries to explain psoriasis in its own way.

But what do people that have psoriasis say? What do they think were their Psoriasis Causes? What preceded their psoriasis? Below is a list that I put together.
