Hi Jon.
Sorry about my bad English.
I used methatrexate for two differents periods,I mean, in two winters(when the disease get worst,in my case). This medicine must be used in a very close observation of the doctor. Before start it,the doctor ask a avaliation of the liver function(blood test).During the treatment, the blood test is continouslly repeated. The dosage is extremelly small, few miligrams for week and for few weeks of treatment.
I have a very good result.
At the summer time I get my best result at sun when my skin become normal.
I hope I had helped.I wish you a great improvment in your skin health.
