Psoriasis Flare Up Removal

Here are 2 methods by ordinary psoriasis sufferers for removing their Psoriasis Flare Up:

Psoriasis Flare Up Removal with a Diet:

  1. Start consuming a lot of porridges (oat meal) + fresh fruits and vegetables + dairy/sour-milk products + fish without spices + liquids (water, tea, fresh fruit juice, jelly, milk, yogurts)
  2. Antihistamine (Dimedrol, Claritin etc.)
  3. Stay at home for 3 days - sleep a lot, eat little, drink a lot, go for walks a lot.
  4. After a certain time it will let go - then you may start gradually going back to your regular diet, but keep your diet under control.

Psoriasis Flare Up Removal with Fasting and a Diet:

  1. During the first 3 days - moderate fasting, i.e., black bread + sweet weak tea. Then a total fasting for 7-10 days with consuming only water.
    To restore water balances increase the consumption of pure water (excluding mineral water).
  2. Topically - baths with sea salt (1 Tbsp of sea salt per 0.5-1L of water) for 15 min. 1-3 times a day.
  3. The itch can be helped with the antihistamine medicines (Dimedrol, Claritin etc.). Topically, to help relieve the itch on the body, try by applying "vinegar water" (1 Tbsp of Apple cider vinegar per 0.5 L of boiled water).
  4. Coming out from fasting lasts 3 days. Start with mixing 50 g of apple juice with 50 g of water. Drink it every hour in the course of 5-6 hours. Then move to pure apple juice for the course of 24 hours. Then add a mix of carrot juice, cabbage juice, beet juice, celery juice. Drink this mixed juice for the whole 2nd day. On the 3rd day - boil broccoli, beet, and cauliflower. You may also eat apples.
  5. After these 3 days start gradually going back to your regular diet. The majority of the diet should consist of porridges (oat meal), fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy products, fish and liquids without preservatives (water, tea, fresh fruit juice etc.)
